作ったばかりのTwitterの凍結解除を申請（電話番号なし）
よく使うTwitterですが、新しく作ったアカウントがすぐに凍結されてしまいました。もし凍結されている人がいたら、Twitterにメールで凍結解除の依頼をしたので参考にしてみて下さい。
1.なぜ凍結されたのか
先にも書いたように作ったばかりのアカウントなのに凍結されました。詳しい理由は分かりませんが、おそらくアカウントを多く作っていることが一番の原因だと思われます。Twitterから来たメールには、
Your account appears to have exhibited automated behavior that violates the Twitter Rules: https://support.twitter.com/articles/18311.（あなたのアカウントはTwitterのルールに違反する自動化された行動を見せているようです。）
とあったので微妙なところですね。でも、電話番号を入力すれば解除できる状態ではあったので、ボットによる大量生成を防いでいるというところで大丈夫だと思います。Twitterが出している凍結についてのページがあるので少し見てみて下さい。https://help.twitter.com/ja/managing-your-account/suspended-twitter-accounts
しかしながら、凍結にもランクがあり、永久凍結というのもあります。完全に解除できないというわけではないようですが……
2019/7/21追記
5個目のアカウントを作ってみたところ、作って一時間で何もしないうちにロックされました。3個以上アカウントを作るとロックされるようです。
2.Twitterに問い合わせる
まず、凍結異議申し立てのフォームから連絡を入れます。このとき、英語など日本語以外の言語で表示されてしまう方は、ページ右下の言語設定で変えて下さい。https://help.twitter.com/forms/general?subtopic=suspended
一通り入力すればOKです。氏名に抵抗を持つ人もいるかとは思いますが、素直に入力するのがベターです。（偽名の場合は自己責任でどうぞ）送信してから2,3時間で自動返信が届きました。

上の指示どおりにやってみたのですが、電話番号を入力したくなかったので、このメールに返信しました。英語のメールですが、日本語返信で問題ありません。一応、アカウントが作ったばかりで、ルールに違反しているとは考えられないことを伝えておきました。１日で返信がありました。
